How an interior repaint actually runs
Paint is the last step. Before any color goes on we move and cover what is staying, protect floors and fixtures, then patch drywall, sand those repairs flat, and caulk the gaps where trim meets wall. Skipping that is why a fresh coat can still look tired a month later.
From there it is primer on the repairs, cut lines by hand at ceilings and corners, and full coats on the walls. We use premium low-odor paints so the house is comfortable again quickly, and we clean the site down at the end of every day instead of leaving it all for the last one.
Whether you can stay while we work
A single room, an accent wall, or a short punch list is easy to work around, and most people carry on as normal while we do it.
A major interior repaint is different. Whole-home and multi-room work means furniture moved, floors covered, and rooms out of use for the day, and we will tell you up front when yours is not a job to live in the middle of. You get the schedule at the estimate so you can plan around it rather than find out on day one.
