1. Agreement

By using this website or requesting our services, you agree to these terms. World of Colors Renewal LLC serves Tampa, FL and the surrounding Tampa Bay area · (813) 619-9702 · Info@worldofcolorsllc.com.

2. Estimates and proposals

Estimates are free and carry no obligation. Each project is governed by its written proposal, which states the scope, price, materials, and schedule. If anything on this website differs from your written proposal, the proposal controls.

3. Promotions and referral program

Our current promotion is $250 off any qualifying job over $2,500, and our referral program pays $200 per completed referral. These are the full terms for both, and they apply unless your written proposal says otherwise.

• Qualifying job. A project with a total of $2,500 or more before the discount and before any taxes or fees. If the scope changes and the project total falls below $2,500, the discount no longer applies.
• When it must be claimed. The discount must be requested at or before your estimate and must appear on your written proposal. It cannot be added after a project is booked, completed, or paid.
• How it is applied. The discount comes off the project total shown on your proposal. It has no cash value, is not transferable, and is not redeemable for cash, credit, or refunds.
• Limits. One discount per household per project. It cannot be combined with any other offer, discount, or promotion.
• Insurance work. The discount is not valid on insurance-funded work and may not be applied toward an insurance deductible.
• Referral reward. $200 per referral, paid after the referred customer's qualifying job over $2,500 is completed and paid in full. You must be identified as the referrer at or before that customer's estimate. Rewards are not paid for self-referrals, for customers who already contacted us or had an estimate scheduled, or for jobs that are cancelled, unpaid, or refunded. Referral rewards may be treated as reportable income, and we may request a completed W-9 before paying rewards that reach the IRS reporting threshold in a calendar year.
• Changes and errors. We may change, pause, or end any promotion at any time. Projects already booked keep the offer they were booked with. If an offer is published with an error in the amount, threshold, or dates, we may correct it and honor the corrected terms.
• Eligibility. Promotions are open to property owners and authorized decision makers, are limited to work within our service area, and are void where prohibited.

4. Scheduling and site access

You agree to provide reasonable access to the work areas on scheduled days. Weather (especially for exterior work) may shift the schedule; we will communicate any changes promptly.

5. Payment

Payment amounts, methods, and timing are stated in your written proposal. Balances are due as described there.

6. Workmanship

Every project ends with a walkthrough. If you notice an issue after completion, contact us promptly and we will make it right per the terms of your proposal. Any specific warranty for your project will be stated in writing in the proposal.

7. Website content

The photos, videos, text, and branding on this site belong to World of Colors Renewal LLC and may not be reused without permission. Project photos shown are our own work.

8. Third-party links

Links to third-party sites (such as Google or Instagram) are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content or practices.

9. Disclaimer

This website is provided "as is." While we work to keep information current and accurate, we make no guarantees about the website itself, and we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the site.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Hillsborough County, Florida.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version, with its effective date, will always be posted on this page.
